The services provided are clearly set out and we recommend that you make a convenient appointment to meet us and discuss your architectural and planning requirements.

We have a dedicated professional to deal with extensions, refurbishments and improvements to existing dwellings, Retention Planning Applications and the design of extensions that comprise Exempted Development. You may in particular circumstances, extend your house to the rear, up to 40 square metres in floor area. For house improvements, we can carry out a basic Energy Audit and offer advice prior to or following a Building Energy Rating inspection.

In relation to extensions, new houses, entrance walls and gates, roadside fences and site layouts generally; if the works were not constructed in compliance with the terms of your Planning Permission, an application for Retention Permission may be required. We are available to assist you and offer advice; our fees are reasonable and agreed in advance.

Our practice is rurally based in the heritage town of Kells, Co. Meath. The Architect has extensive knowledge and experience in the field of domestic and commercial design, planning applications and appeals, all related disciplines, sustainable energy and building surveying. An assessor is available to prepare Building Energy Assessments.
