The brief here was to prepare a design to refurbish an old farmhouse located within a courtyard style setting. Given the profile of the site, our Client proposed an extension to respect the orientation of the site and provide a family home. The development was approached in two distinctive stages, firstly to refurbish the existing building and construct the major extension at a later date.
