Storey & a half

A rural practice regularly takes instruction to design single dwellings in the countryside. Most Local Authorities now have guidelines on how to site a single dwelling within an existing environment. We are acutely aware of their recommendations and each proposal is considered on an individual basis. In some cases, the Local Authority's preference is for a dormer, or one & a half storey design. Over the years, we have satisfied the requirements of most Local Authorities in Ireland and the example design has been integrated in to appropriate rural setting.
