The brief here was to re-establish a derelict farmhouse in a working farmyard setting. The dwelling was in poor structural condition. The profile and dimensions of the dwelling are retained together with the existing stone built walls. The new accommodation is virtually constructed within the existing shell. It was a requirement to retain where possible, the elevation details.
